ARCO Design/Build is seeking a Construction Design/Build Project Manager to lead projects through estimating, scheduling, design coordination, and on-site execution. You will work with clients and design teams to convert preliminary concepts into buildable solutions, drive cost control, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, integrity, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include leading subcontractor selection, tracking costs, and hosting bi-weekly site

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.
• Interest in construction design/build, tilt-up concrete, industrial builds.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead every facet of the project from estimating to design coordination and cost tracking.
• Deliver accurate, detailed project estimates for approvals and execution.
• Collaborate with clients and design teams to shape concepts into buildable solutions.
• Influence project scope, cost control, and value-driven engineering in proposals.
• Lead subcontractor selection and buyout to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Facilitate bi-weekly on-site meetings to align teams and track progress.
