Job summary

ARCO Design/Build in Pittsburgh seeks a Construction Design/Build Project Manager to own project lifecycle from inception to closeout. You will lead estimating, scheduling, design coordination, subcontractor buyouts, and on-site leadership with a focus on quality and safety.

Strong communication and a team-first mindset are essential. Prior CM/CM-related study or experience is valued, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

Accredited degree in civil/mechanical/construction-related field or CM.
Interest in design/build, tilt-up, or industrial projects.
Experience welcome but not required; GPA optional.
Strong communication, attention to detail, work ethic.

Responsibilities

Own project lifecycle from estimating to closeout.
Prepare accurate estimates and manage schedules.
Coordinate design teams, clients, and subs.
Lead procurement, site meetings, and cost control.
Drive quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
