ARCO Design/Build is offering a Construction Design/Build Project Manager Intern/Co-op in New York. You will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a project, from concept to delivery, working with seasoned professionals and attending design and site meetings.

You’ll participate in scheduling, takeoffs, meetings with owners and design teams, and learn how buyout, permitting, and submittal reviews are handled in a live environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, Construction Management, Building Science, or Construction Engineering undergraduate or graduate program.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred, but not required.
