ARCO Design/Build in Maryland is seeking a Construction Design/Build Project Manager Intern/Co-op. You’ll gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a project, from concept to final walkthrough, working with experienced professionals who invest in your growth.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, Construction Management, Building Science, or Construction Engineering undergraduate or graduate program.
• Driver’s License required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a project from concept to final delivery.
• Attend design meetings with owner and design team, including structural engineers and architects.
• Assist with scheduling, takeoffs, and documentation; prepare weekly reports and track action items.
• Visit job sites with senior DBMs to observe project progress and learn field processes.
