Job summary

ARCO/Murray is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. You will oversee estimates, scheduling, quality control, progress reporting, cost reporting, safety, and design coordination, driving project success from day one.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or have completed an Engineering degree, with a 3.0 GPA and internship exposure in construction. This full-time role emphasizes collaboration with owners, design teams, and subcontractors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering required.
• Open to full-time opportunity post grad.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
• Prior construction internship experience is a plus.
• Extracurricular involvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee project elements from start to finish.
• Prepare/verify project estimates and schedules.
• Coordinate with owners and design team on concepts.
• Review scope, propose value engineering ideas to reduce costs.
• Oversee subcontractor buyout and selection.
• Conduct bi-weekly job-site meetings.
• Make decisions under tight deadlines and manage multiple activities.
