Job summary

ARCO/Murray is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead construction projects from concept through completion. You will oversee estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reporting, design coordination, and cost reporting to ensure project performance and profitability.

You will work closely with owners and the design team to develop preliminary concepts, participate in scope reviews, and apply value engineering ideas to reduce costs while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or a related field is required.
• Open to full-time opportunity after graduation.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Prior construction internship experience is a plus.
• Extracurricular involvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee managerial and administrative aspects: estimating, scheduling, QC, progress reports, and cost reporting.
• Ensure accurate and complete project estimates.
• Collaborate with owners and design team on preliminary concept drawings.
• Participate in owner meetings to review scope and provide value engineering ideas.
• Oversee buyout process and subcontractor selection.
• Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings.
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
• Organize and manage multiple activities to achieve results.
• Commit to quality by evaluating processes.
• Incorporate customer input to improve and meet expectations.
• Represent the company with integrity and support values.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or related field

GPA 3.0/4.0
