Job summary

ARCO/Murray is seeking a motivated Project Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish. You will handle estimating, scheduling, design coordination, and progress reporting while ensuring quality and safety standards.

You will collaborate with owners and the design team to refine concepts, review scopes, and provide value engineering ideas. A full-time post-graduation opportunity is anticipated for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s of Engineering program or related field of study.
• Open to fulltime opportunity post grad.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
• Prior construction internship experience is a plus.
• Extracurricular involvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage project aspects: estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports and safety.
• Prepare accurate project estimates and design reviews.
• Collaborate with owners and design team on concepts.
• Participate in owner meetings to review scope and propose cost-saving ideas.
• Oversee subcontractor buyout and selection.
• Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings.
• Make sound decisions under deadlines.
• Plan and manage multiple activities to achieve results.
• Improve processes using customer feedback to meet expectations.
