ARCO/Murray is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead construction projects from start to finish. You will manage estimates, scheduling, design reviews, progress billing, and coordination with owners and the design team to deliver value.

The role emphasizes integrity, client satisfaction, and a commitment to safety. Entrance is for someone currently in an engineering program but open to full-time employment after graduation; a GPA of 3.0+ is desired and prior internship experience is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or related field.
• Open to full-time opportunity post grad.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
• Prior construction internship experience is a plus.
• Extracurricular involvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage project aspects including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety and proposal preparation.
• Ensure an accurate and complete project estimate.
• Work with owners and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings.
• Participate in proposal meetings to review scope, reduce costs and provide value engineering ideas.
• Oversee buyout and subcontractor selection.
• Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings.
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
• Organize and manage multiple activities to achieve results.
• Commit to quality by evaluating project-related processes.
• Incorporate customer input to meet/exceed expectations with integrity.
