ARCO/Murray is seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead construction projects from start to completion. You’ll handle managerial and administrative duties, from estimates to safety, coordinating with owners and the design team to develop concepts and review scopes.

The role emphasizes value engineering, subcontractor buyouts, and rigorous site meetings. The position offers full-time opportunities post-graduation, with a focus on accuracy, timely decisions, and customer satisfaction,

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s of Engineering program
• Open to fulltime opportunity post grad
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0
• Prior construction internship experience is a plus
• Extracurricular involvement is a plus

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of a project including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation
• Ensure an accurate and complete project estimate
• Work closely with owners and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings
• Participate in the proposal meeting with the owner to review the scope of work and provide value engineering ideas
• Oversee the buyout process and the selection of subcontractors
• Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines
• Organize, plan and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results
• Commit to quality by evaluating project-related processes
• Make necessary changes and meet/exceed client expectations
• Act with integrity and support for the company and associates
