Job summary

ARCO is seeking a Design/Build Manager to drive project performance and profitability from day one. You’ll oversee estimating, scheduling, design coordination, cost reporting, and site meetings, partnering with owners and design teams to deliver value engineering.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering and 3–10 years of design/build experience, with strong decision-making and MS Project proficiency. ARCO offers ESOP, 401k options, tuition assistance, and generous leave programs.

Qualifications

BS in Engineering or related field with GPA of 3.2 or higher.
3–10 years of design/build experience.
Ability to make sound decisions under deadlines.

Responsibilities

Manage project scope, estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, design review, cost reporting, and safety.
Ensure accurate and complete project estimates.
Coordinate with owners and design team on concept drawings.
Lead proposal meetings, value engineering, and subcontractor buyout.
Conduct bi-weekly on-site meetings and maintain client communications.
Drive process improvements and meet customer expectations.
