ARCO Design/Build is seeking a Construction Design/Build Project Manager (DBM) to lead projects through entire lifecycle, from initial estimates to final walkthrough. You will work with experienced teams, clients, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality, value-driven builds on time and within budget.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, rigorous cost tracking, and proactive communication on site.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project.
• Excellent verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and reliable teamwork.
• Background in civil/engineering or construction disciplines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project facets from start to finish including estimating, scheduling, quality control, and cost tracking.
• Prepare detailed, reliable project estimates for execution.
• Collaborate with clients and design teams to shape concepts into buildable solutions.
• Lead subcontractor selection and on-site collaboration to ensure cost-effective partnerships.
• Facilitate bi-weekly on-site meetings to keep progress on track.
