Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing full lifecycle commercial construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering, with 3+ years’ project leadership.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams, delegate, mentor staff, and serve as main client contact.
• Plan, schedule, resource allocation, and ensure milestones align with PSI standards.
• Own budgets, estimates, change orders, billing, and gross margin.
• Manage labor, timekeeping, and field performance for productivity.
• Identify risks, ensure contract compliance, and support safe decisions.
• Communicate with clients, subs, and internal teams; run meetings.
• Apply construction knowledge to sequencing, sourcing, and materials.
• Promote safety culture and lead quality assurance and audits.
