Job summary

Professional Sealants, Inc. (PSI) seeks a full-time construction project manager with at least five years of commercial construction project management experience.

From pre-bid through closeout, the role manages contracts, project coordination and estimating, as well as AIA billing, accounts payable & receivable, QuickBooks Online records, & general contractor communication. $100,000–$125,000 with company truck, retirement options with company match.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience from pre-bid through closeout.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and AIA billing.
• Ability to coordinate with operations and field staff.
• Strong organization and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts against PSI proposals, scope, pricing and requirements; resolve differences before signing.
• Represent PSI during scope reviews, pre-bid and post-bid discussions, and meetings.
• Track submittals from start to finish; support warranties and closeout documents.
• Maintain ongoing project list and related records; coordinate material and equipment orders with Operations.
• Manage accurate, timely customer billing (AIA payment apps, QB invoices) and vendor payments.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications and shop drawings; calculate square/linear feet.
