Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead diverse project teams with accountability and mentor junior staff.
• Oversee projects from initiation to closeout, develop schedules and allocate resources.
• Own the project budget from pre-construction to completion and manage cost controls.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on milestones.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensure contract compliance, and promote safety.
• Represent PSI in meetings and ensure adherence to PSI standards.
