Job summary

GPAC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager in Georgia to plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The role involves managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion.

The ideal candidate will review contracts and drawings, interpret technical documents, and lead project meetings with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site staff.
• Review contracts, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and address issues, delays, or cost overruns.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Enforce site safety policies and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Oversee project closeout, including punch lists and final documentation.
