Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for a leadership role in commercial construction, spanning preconstruction to closeout. You will own projects, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with owners, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to deliver safe, quality results.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction management, a related degree (or equivalent experience), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management or related role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent construction experience considered.
• Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, project documentation, and closeout.
• Ability to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
• Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and field teams.
• Identify potential project issues and proactively develop solutions.
• Contribute to safety, quality, accountability, and client satisfaction.
• Travel to project sites as needed.
