Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Extensive experience managing large, complex construction projects.
• Strong client relationships and leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency with Procore, scheduling tools, document mgmt systems, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead project strategy and ensure alignment with client and operations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and change management.
• Manage subcontractor agreements, insurance, and compliance.
• Develop detailed construction schedules and monitor milestones.
• Provide leadership updates to senior management.
• Champion the Safety Program and regulatory compliance.
