ARCO Design/Build, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Design/Build Manager with a passion for construction and a proven ability to drive project performance from day one.

You will guide estimating, scheduling, coordination, and buyouts; partner with owners and design teams on concept drawings; lead on-site meetings and ensure safety, quality, and value engineering. This role offers growth within a family of construction companies.

Qualificações

• BS in Construction, Engineering, Architecture or related field; with a minimum of 3.0 GPA.
• 1-5 years' of design/build construction experience with a general contractor preferred.
• Vertical commercial construction experience.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Responsabilidades

• Manage managerial and administrative aspects of a project including estimating, scheduling, quality control, and reporting.
• Develop preliminary concept drawings with owners and design team.
• Oversee buyout process and subcontractor selection.
• Lead bi-weekly on-site meetings and ensure client satisfaction.
