Job summary

ARCO Murray Construction Company is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager for our Fort Myers, FL team. The role focuses on building new client relationships, prospecting leads, and expanding market opportunities across the United States.

You will leverage a proven sales track record in the construction industry to establish trust with customers and colleagues, while collaborating with ARCO7s marketing, estimators, project managers, and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s Degree required.
• Proven sales track record in construction industry.
• Experience building relationships with clients and colleagues in A/E/C.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.
• Create and expand ARCO7s footprint and establish positive top of mind awareness.
• Research and analyze key economic factors influencing market activity in niche markets/geographies.
• Attend trade shows and associations to stay abreast of market conditions and establish relationships with clients/prospects.
• Provide ongoing progress updates to ARCO management on new business development activities.
• Help develop and manage the sales plan and its execution.
• Coordinate and manage the sales/proposal process with marketing, estimators, project managers, and senior management.
• Travel to prospective clients/markets as needed.
• Establish profitable relationships with decision makers at companies/organizations.
