Job summary

SitelogIQ, Inc. seeks a Pre-Construction Manager to lead projects through design and bidding, coordinating with Owners, Architects and Engineers to meet program needs within budget and schedule.

You will provide leadership during the Preconstruction phase for Agency Construction Management and At-Risk projects, define team roles, prepare bid documents, review cost estimates, and ensure clear communication across stakeholders while maintaining safety and quality standards on active sites.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5 to 10 years’ relevant experience in estimating and project management for commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of the local subcontracting community and vendors who supply building products.
• Proficiency in construction estimating software, MS Project or similar scheduling software, Microsoft Office
• A valid driver’s license is required for travel related to job duties. Access to a reliable vehicle may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall project leadership through Preconstruction phase for Agency Construction Management and At-Risk projects.
• Lead the Preconstruction team and establish roles and expectations for preparation of bidding documents and the bidding process.
• Oversee preparation of deliverable products including cost estimate reports and project progress reports.
• Work with Owner, Architect and Engineers to develop a plan that meets program needs within the approved budget and schedule.
• Attend and participate in meetings with the Project Team and stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communication throughout preconstruction.
