Job summary

SitelogIQ, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead public-sector construction projects in Michigan. You will be the primary client partner from contract through closeout, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and overall delivery.

Responsibilities include leading projects through design, construction, and closeout, managing budgets and forecasts, and maintaining strong client relationships while coordinating architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction, engineering, architecture, or client engagement experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration knowledge.
• K‑12 experience preferred.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and client relations skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore.
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects through design, construction, and closeout.
• Manage schedules, budgets, forecasting, billings, and project performance.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships and provide regular project updates.
• Coordinate internal teams, architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Oversee procurement, equipment deliveries, project documentation, and presentations.
• Ensure projects meet client expectations for timing, budget, service, and quality.
