Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preference for bachelor's degree and designer certification.
• 1–2 years in customer service with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through a design appointment and follow up.
• Assist with color selections and document choices accurately.
• Welcome customers at the Design Center and answer questions about options.
• Maintain the Design Center and models in top condition.
• Address customer concerns respectfully and coordinate with teams.
• Keep customer information current for the Sales team.
• Collaborate with departments to help start construction promptly.
