Job summary

Tilson Homes in Weatherford, TX is seeking a Design Associate to guide clients through design appointments and keep follow‑ups to move their dream home forward. This hourly role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and coordinating with the Sales team to document selections.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in customer service, a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), and a designer education course may be helpful. Bilingual is a plus. Pay is $22.50 per hour plus benefits.

• Assist customers in color selection and document selections.
• Welcome and engage potential customers at the Design Center.
• Provide guidance on customization options for homes.
• Maintain a professional Design Center and models.
• Address and resolve customer concerns respectfully.
• Keep customer information accurate for the Sales team.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure prompt construction start times.
