Job summary

Tilson Homes in Weatherford, TX is seeking a Design Associate to guide clients through design appointments and keep follow‑ups to move their dream home forward. This hourly role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and coordinating with the Sales team to document selections.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in customer service, a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), and a designer education course may be helpful. Bilingual is a plus. Pay is $22.50 per hour plus benefits.

As a Design Associate at Tilson Homes, you will lead customers through a design appointment, and provide the follow-up needed to help bring their dream homes to life! Your role will be vital in providing exceptional service and support throughout the homebuilding process.

Our ideal candidate is a customer-focused individual who is passionate about the homebuilding industry and has a background in Design. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with preference given to candidates holding a bachelor's degree. A completed designer education course / certification is preferred. Being bilingual is a plus but not a requirement. You should have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. This is an hourly role paying $22.50 per hour.
