Axis Energy Services, LLC. is seeking a Derrick Hand to join a 4–5 person workover rig crew near Williston, ND. You will perform elevated work on the derrick, assist with rigging up/down, and support tubing and rod handling while following safety procedures.

The role requires climbing to heights of 50 feet or more, strict use of fall protection, and the ability to operate on a rotating field schedule with travel as needed. A valid driver license and basic PPE use are essential.

Formación

• Must have a high school diploma or better.
• Valid state driver license with acceptable MVR; CDL Class A or B preferred.
• Minimum 1 year Derrick hand experience; at least two years of workover rig floor experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist operator in rigging up/down and align the rig with the well.
• Responsible for all elevated work on the derrick with fall protection.
• Maintain routine maintenance on derrick structures or components.
• Support other workover rig functions as directed by Tool Pusher or Rig Operator.
• May drive the crew truck as needed with an active state driver license.
• Report safety hazards, accidents, or maintenance issues to supervisor.
