Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Basic problem solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass pre-employment exam that includes drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Be available for extended shifts, weekends and holidays to meet operational needs.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on oil and gas well equipment as part of a crew.
• Inspect lift equipment and document condition of gear on location.
• Assist in rigging up and rigging down the workover rig safely.
• Assist crew operator and derrick hand in daily tasks and communicate effectively.
