Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• No prior experience required; prior construction/hard labor preferred.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Basic oilfield knowledge preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• CDL Class B license encouraged to drive workover rig.

Responsibilities

• Be available to work beyond an 8-hour day, including weekends and holidays; 24-hour operations may require multiple shifts.
• Report to work on time; dependability is essential and improper attendance may lead to termination.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on oil and gas wells as part of a 3–5 person crew.
• Participate in daily pre-job tailgate safety meetings and write JHAs.
• Inspect and document all lifting equipment on site (harness, lanyards, SRLs, chains, cables).
• Assist in rigging up/down the workover rig safely and efficiently.
• Handle rods, tubing and casing on the tubing board or rod basket.
