Job summary

Steel Energy in Williston, ND is seeking Derrick Hands with a CDL to join its oilfield operations. The role involves working at heights, handling rods and tubing, and supporting rig operations as part of a close-knit crew.

Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-focused, and able to work extended hours in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 1–2 years Floor Hand experience preferred; Class B CDL is encouraged but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of Floor Hand experience preferred.
• Class B CDL license encouraged but not required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; basic computer skills.
• Must pass pre-employment exams, drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Support rig operations, handle rods and tubing, and work at heights up to 50+ feet.
• Join a close-knit crew and operate safely in a fast-paced oilfield environment.
