Organon is seeking a Territory Business Manager for Dermatology to cover Albany, Poughkeepsie, White Plains, Middletown, NY and Danbury, CT. This role drives product awareness and physician engagement while aligning with sales initiatives within a defined territory.

The position requires two years of quota-driven sales experience (dermatology or specialty). A Bachelor’s degree and valid driver’s license are required, with travel across the territory anticipated.

Qualifications

• Two years of proven sales experience in a quota-driven role; dermatology/medical sales preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Demonstration of sustained high performance and strong learning aptitude.
• High sense of urgency regarding customer service orientation.
• Ability to travel as required by the territory.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales networks using business planning and local market knowledge.
• Promote dermatology products to healthcare professionals with compliant disease/product knowledge.
• Engage physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals.
• Prioritize opportunities using marketplace and reimbursement knowledge.
• Utilize direct selling techniques and market strategies to grow demand.
• Collaborate with field-based personnel to address customer needs and provide total account management.
• Maintain active presence in the Dermatology community and related organizations.
