Job summary

Organon is seeking a Territory Business Manager, Dermatology for the Syracuse, NY region. You will drive product awareness and utilization by building strong physician relationships, collaborating with staff and internal teams, and executing sales initiatives across Syracuse, Utica, Saratoga/Troy, Binghamton, and Vermont.

The role requires at least two years of quota-driven sales experience (dermatology or specialty pharma preferred) and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a quota-driven role, preferably dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to travel within the territory as required.
• High performance with strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Promote dermatology products to healthcare professionals with compliant communications.
