Job summary

Organon is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive product awareness and utilization within a defined U.S. territory. You will build relationships with physicians, staff, and healthcare professionals to achieve sales initiatives and exceed goals.

In this role, you will promote Organon products in a compliant manner, travel as required, and collaborate with field teams to address customer needs while delivering exceptional service and support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven quota-driven sales experience, preference for dermatology or specialty pharma.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel as required by territory.
• High performance history and strong learning aptitude.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
