Job summary

Organon is seeking a Territory Business Manager for Dermatology in Syracuse, NY. You will drive product awareness, build physician relationships, and meet sales goals across a defined territory including Syracuse, Utica, Saratoga/Troy, Binghamton, and Vermont.

You must reside in the New York portion of the territory. Two or more years in quota-driven sales plus a Bachelor's degree, valid driver's license, and a proven track record of performance are required.

Qualifications

• Two years in a quota-driven role; dermatology, medical device, or specialty pharma sales preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Demonstration of sustained, high performance and strong learning aptitude.
• High sense of urgency with customer service orientation.
• Ability to travel as required by territory.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based culture.

Responsibilities
