Job summary

Acrotech Biopharma inc. in Nashville seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive the launch and growth of our Medical Dermatology portfolio.

You will promote products to dermatology practices, achieve Rx growth, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver compliant, high‑quality patient care. Candidates should have 2+ years biotech/pharma sales, a dermatology/immunology background preferred, and be able to travel up to 50% to cover the Nashville territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Minimum of 2 years of successful biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Prior Dermatology and/or Immunology experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success supporting product launches is strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel within assigned geography, with some overnight travel (up to 50% of the time).

Responsibilities

• Initiate and expand awareness, adoption, and appropriate utilization of Acrotech’s products within approved patient populations through face‑to‑face engagement with assigned HCPs.
• Achieve quarterly volume Rx/volume growth goals.
• Meet or exceed assigned field execution metrics (calls per day, % calls to HCP targets, HCP target reach%, and HCP target frequency%).
• Develop and execute territory business plans to expand HCP prescribing.
• Regularly partner with cross‑functional teams to align on growth strategies and execute coordinated plans.
