Job summary

Acrotech Biopharma, Inc. is launching a new Dermatology Business Unit and seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead product promotion and HCP engagement across the assigned geography.

You will drive physician prescribing, manage relationships with Dermatology practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve growth while maintaining compliance. The role requires strong communication, strategic planning, and a proven track record in pharma sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Minimum of 2 years of successful biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Prior Dermatology and/or Immunology experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success launching products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote Acrotech’s dermatology products to HCPs within assigned geography.
• Drive Rx/volume growth and achieve field execution metrics.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to expand prescribing.
