Job summary

Acrotech Biopharma, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead the launch and growth of Medical Dermatology products in the Minneapolis territory. You will promote on-label therapies to Dermatology practices, drive Rx adoption, and achieve quarterly sales goals while maintaining compliance and patient focus.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in biotech/pharma sales, a bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel up to 50%. Dermatology/Immunology experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of successful biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Prior Dermatology and/or Immunology experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success supporting product launches is strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel within assigned geography, up to 50% overnight.

Responsibilities

• Promote Acrotech’s dermatology products to HCPs and drive prescribing in the territory.
• Achieve quarterly Rx/volume growth goals.
• Meet or exceed field execution metrics and HCP engagement targets.
• Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to expand prescribing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies and address customer needs.
• Demonstrate product and disease state expertise to support proper use and confidence.
