Job summary

Acrotech Biopharma, Inc. seeks a Territory Sales Manager for the Nashville territory to drive launch, adoption and growth of dermatology products by engaging dermatology practices and HCPs with compliant, on-label messaging.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, Dermatology, you will build strategic territory plans, expand physician access, support product launches, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of successful biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Prior dermatology and/or immunology experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success supporting product launches is strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel within the assigned geography, with up to 50% overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and expand awareness, adoption, and appropriate utilization of Acrotech’s products within approved patient populations through high-impact, face-to-face engagement with HCPs.
• Achieve quarterly volume Rx/volume growth goals.
• Meet or exceed field execution metrics (calls per day, calls to HCP targets, HCP target reach, frequency).
• Develop and execute strategic territory business plans designed to expand HCP prescribing.
