Job summary

Organon is seeking a Territory Business Manager, Dermatology in Houston, South to drive product awareness and utilization. You will report to the District Business Manager and build physician relationships to achieve sales initiatives within a defined territory.

You’ll develop disease and product knowledge, promote products to healthcare professionals in a compliant manner, and collaborate with field staff to exceed goals while representing Organon professionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a quota-driven sales role; dermatology/medical devices a plus.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Proven sustained high performance in current role with learning aptitude.
• Urgency in customer service and ability to travel as required.
