Job summary

Verrica Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Territory Manager to drive uptake of YCANTH in targeted Practices and Accounts within the Richmond, VA region. You will own your targets, leveraging relationships and cross-functional teams to maximize utilization of YCANTH.

You will lead launch activities, build key physician partnerships, and navigate reimbursement processes while traveling as needed to meet customers and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• 5 years relevant sales experience in life sciences/biopharmaceutical space.
• Knowledge of Medical Dermatology or Pediatric market.
• Experience launching new brands in Dermatology or Pediatrics.
• Ability to develop key customers and segments of business.
• Experience across sales, market access and channel teams.
• High agility in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive results and execute on the YCANTH launch within assigned geography.
• Lead and ensure successful launch of YCANTH.
• Conduct in-person visits/meetings with HCPs and other healthcare customers.
• Work cross-functionally with the Business Reimbursement Team to ensure good HCP experience.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with key physicians and customers.
• Provide information to field-based teams that impact affiliated field base physicians.
• Adhere to all Company policy and essential requirements of the position.
