Epiphany Dermatology in Erie, CO seeks a Team Leader to support clinic operations, patient experience, and staff development. This developmental leadership role spans 12–24 months before potential promotion to Clinic Supervisor, with oversight by an Assistant/Regional Manager.

The role emphasizes coaching, onboarding, process development, scheduling, and adherence to HIPAA and privacy standards to ensure quality patient care across growing clinics.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare-related customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Completion of Epiphany Clinical and Front Office Preceptor training within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Coaches clinic staff to ensure empathetic, customer-service oriented patient responses.
• Participates in onboarding and training of new team members.
• Develops and enforces clinic standards and processes.
• Provides regular coaching and, when needed, escalates issues to Regional Leadership/HR.
• Manages patient scheduling to optimize access to care and provider utilization.
• Reviews staff time cards for accuracy and attendance.
• Guides staff to address patient/family complaints and escalates when necessary.
• Ensures supplies are stocked and kept out of patient view in exam rooms.
• Upholds Epiphany's Core Values and fosters a collaborative culture.
• Maintains consistent on-site attendance and adapts to volume changes.
• Ensures HIPAA, PHI, and privacy/security standards are followed.
