Qualifications

• Strong financial acumen with revenue cycle and insurance operations experience.
• Proficiency with EHR systems, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall practice operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and exceptional patient care.
• Serve as the primary operational partner to providers and regional leadership.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, performance management, and retention.
• Drive performance through management of operational, financial, and quality metrics.
• Monitor dashboards and KPIs; communicate trends and recommendations to leadership.
• Travel between office locations as needed to support operations.
