Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare or medical office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the dermatology practice.
• Manage the physician’s calendar, appointments, and scheduling.
• Coordinate business and personal travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
• Manage email communications, prioritize correspondence, and draft responses when appropriate.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and organize supporting materials.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding physician, patient, and business information.
