UCLA Health in Los Angeles seeks an experienced Practice Manager to supervise the Dermatology Suites’ clinical staff and coordinate daily activities in a high-volume setting.

The role requires CA RN license, BLS certification, and leadership in outpatient dermatology and multidisciplinary teams. The incumbent will ensure regulatory compliance and act as liaison among physicians, patients, and staff.

Qualifications

• Current active California Registered Nurse License.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Demonstrated leadership in outpatient dermatology and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to supervise RNs and nursing support staff.
• Knowledge of MOHS procedures and dermatology workflows.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate all clinical activities in Dermatology Suites.
• Supervise clinical staff and ensure daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, JCAHO, DHS regulations.
• Serve as liaison among MDs, patients, schedulers, and UCLA physicians.
