Schweiger Dermatology Group in Elmer, NJ is seeking a Full-Time Patient Coordinator to support front office duties, patients, providers and staff. This 30+ hour/week role requires healthcare experience and offers Mon-Fri scheduling with rotating Saturdays within 7:00am–7:30pm, with flexibility to cover in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience is required.
• EMR software experience preferred.
• Computer savvy with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Dermatology/medical environment experience preferred. Open weekday/weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and scheduling tasks in a timely, knowledgeable manner.
• Manage online leads and create a positive caller experience.
• Promote a professional, welcoming atmosphere for patients and staff.
• Understand provider-to-patient flow and anticipate next steps.
• Perform inventory tasks and stocking of supplies and equipment as requested.
• Attend in-house training and continuing education opportunities.
