Job summary

Schweiger Dermatology Group in Monroe is seeking a Part-Time Patient Coordinator to support front office operations. You will handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, manage online leads, and contribute to a professional patient experience.

Healthcare experience is required; EMR and scheduling systems experience is preferred. The role offers weekday hours with occasional Saturdays and a pay range of $17–$20 per hour. Equal opportunity employer and team environment.

Qualifications

• Healthcare Experience is required.
• Medical Receptionist Experience preferred.
• Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems preferred.
• Must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming phone calls, scheduling-related tasks and online leads in a timely and knowledgeable fashion.
• Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance quality of service and care offered to patients and for respective provider(s).
• Understand provider to patient flow and anticipate provider’s next steps to the best of your ability.
• Attend all in-house training and continued education opportunities.
• Perform inventory responsibilities and stocking of supplies and equipment as requested.
