Job summary

Eden Capital Careers is assisting an established, physician-owned dermatology practice in Arkansas to recruit a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a second outpatient clinic. The role offers high autonomy with direct mentorship from a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon, working entirely outpatient with no hospital calls.

Responsibilities include skin evaluations, medical dermatology treatments, and routine procedures in a multi-site setting while managing an active outpatient volume.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Arkansas or eligible for immediate licensure.
• Formal dermatology training under a Board Certified Dermatologist (MD/DO with dermatology residency).
• Minimum 1–2 years of dermatology practice experience.
• Ability to practice independently and manage clinic workflows when the supervising physician is off-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and medical treatment for dermatologic conditions at the second clinic site.
• Perform routine dermatologic procedures (biopsies, lesion evaluation, cryotherapy, minor excisions).
• Conduct full-body skin examinations, cancer screenings, and patient education.
• Manage daily patient volume autonomously while collaborating with supervising physician as needed.
• Maintain complete, accurate EMR documentation.
• Partner with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and positive patient experiences.
