Job summary

ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC seeks an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner to staff a second outpatient clinic in Arkansas. The role offers high autonomy with mentorship from a Mohs surgeon and excludes hospital shifts.

You will conduct skin evaluations, medical dermatology treatments, and routine procedures while managing a busy outpatient volume and maintaining EMR documentation. Eligible candidates hold an Arkansas NP license and 1–2 years in dermatology.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Arkansas.
• Trained under a Board Certified Dermatologist (MD/DO with ACGME dermatology residency).
• Minimum 1–2 years of dedicated dermatology practice experience.
• Ability to practice independently when supervising physician is off-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and medical treatment for dermatologic conditions at the second clinic site.
• Perform routine dermatologic procedures, including skin biopsies, lesion evaluations, cryotherapy, and minor excisions.
• Conduct full-body skin examinations, cancer screenings, and patient preventative education.
• Manage daily patient volume autonomously while collaborating with the supervising physician for complex cases.
• Maintain complete, accurate EMR documentation.
• Partner with clinical support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and experiences.
