Job summary

Ashton North LLC seeks an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner to join its expanding second dermatology clinic in Arkansas. This outpatient role offers independence with mentorship from a Mohs surgeon, handling a broad range of dermatologic care from exams to minor procedures in a multi-site setting.

Requirements include an active Arkansas NP license and dermatology-specific training, with 1–2 years of dermatology practice.

Qualifications

• Requires active Arkansas NP license and board-certified dermatology training.
• Dental, medical, or surgical dermatology experience desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage clinic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent outpatient evaluation and medical treatment for dermatologic conditions.
• Perform routine dermatologic procedures (biopsies, cryotherapy, minor excisions).
• Conduct full-body skin examinations and cancer screenings.
• Manage daily patient volume with supervising physician support as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Collaborate with clinical support staff to optimize patient flow and experience.
