6 Degrees Search is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient dermatology practice in Arkansas, staffing an expanding second clinic.

The role offers independent clinic work, direct mentorship from a Mohs surgeon, and a competitive compensation package with relocation assistance and full benefits. Outpatient focus includes skin evaluations, medical dermatology, and routine procedural care across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Arkansas.
• Board Certified Dermatology training via ACGME dermatology residency.
• Minimum 1–2 years dermatology practice experience.
• Ability to work independently with off-site supervision.

Responsabilités

• Provide independent outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and medical treatment at the designated second clinic site.
• Perform routine dermatologic procedures (biopsies, lesion evaluations, cryotherapy, minor excisions).
• Conduct full-body skin examinations, cancer screenings, and patient preventative education.
• Manage daily patient volume autonomously with supervising physician for complex cases.
• Maintain complete, accurate EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and experiences.
