Job summary

Food Management Search is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Arkansas for an outpatient, physician-owned dermatology practice. The role offers high independence with mentorship from a Mohs surgeon across multi-site clinics.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in dermatology, an Arkansas NP license, and the ability to work independently with on-site management of patient care and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Arkansas.
• Formally trained under a Board Certified Dermatologist (ACGME-accredited dermatology residency).
• Minimum 1–2 years of dedicated dermatology practice experience.
• Ability to practice independently with supervising physician off-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and medical treatment at the second clinic site.
• Perform routine dermatologic procedures (biopsies, lesion evaluations, cryotherapy, minor excisions).
• Conduct full-body skin examinations, cancer screenings, and preventive education.
• Manage daily patient volume autonomously with physician oversight as needed.
• Maintain complete, accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Collaborate with clinical support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and experiences.
