CareerNerds, LLC is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner to staff its expanding second clinical office in Arkansas. This full-time outpatient role offers high independence with mentorship from a Mohs surgeon and autonomy to manage a busy dermatology practice.

The position emphasizes skin evaluations, medical dermatology treatments, and routine procedural care in a multi-site clinic setting, with strong compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Arkansas.
• Board-certified dermatologist residency training.
• Minimum 1–2 years in dermatology.
• Ability to practice independently when supervisor is off-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and medical treatment for dermatologic conditions at the second clinic site.
• Perform routine dermatologic procedures, including skin biopsies, lesion evaluations, cryotherapy, and minor excisions.
• Conduct comprehensive full-body skin examinations, cancer screenings, and patient preventative education.
• Manage daily patient volume autonomously while collaborating with the supervising physician as needed for complex cases.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Partner with clinical support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional patient experiences.
